Keto Turkey Bacon Ranch Wraps (Low-Carb) - Easy, Satisfying, and Meal-Prep Friendly

Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • Large lettuce leaves (romaine, butter, or iceberg for crunch)
  • Deli turkey slices (nitrate-free if possible)
  • Bacon (cooked until crisp)
  • Ranch dressing (store-bought keto-friendly or homemade)
  • Cheese (provolone, cheddar, or Swiss slices)
  • Tomato (optional; use sparingly for fewer carbs)
  • Cucumber (thinly sliced for crunch)
  • Avocado (sliced)
  • Red onion (very thinly sliced; optional)
  • Fresh herbs like dill or chives (optional, boosts ranch flavor)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parchment paper or foil for rolling

Method

  1. Prep the bacon. Cook until crisp, then drain on paper towels. Break into halves for easier layering.
  2. Wash and dry the lettuce. Keep leaves whole. Pat very dry so the wrap holds together.
  3. Create a wrap base. Lay a sheet of parchment on your counter. Overlap 2–3 lettuce leaves to form a rectangle, stems pointing inward for strength.
  4. Add turkey and cheese. Layer turkey slices evenly, then add a slice or two of cheese.
  5. Add veggies. Arrange cucumber, a few tomato slices (optional), avocado, and a bit of red onion.
  6. Ranch it up. Drizzle 1–2 tablespoons of ranch over the filling. Sprinkle fresh dill or chives if you have them.
  7. Top with bacon. Add the crispy bacon for texture and flavor.
  8. Season lightly. A pinch of salt and pepper makes a difference—go easy if your bacon and cheese are salty.
  9. Wrap tightly. Use the parchment to help roll everything into a tight log, tucking in the sides as you go. Slice in half.
  10. Serve or store. Enjoy immediately, or wrap in fresh parchment and refrigerate.
